How do you clean the area rugs?

  1. Your rug will be carefully inspected by an expert in your home before we take it away, and again at the facility under ideal lighting conditions. The existing condition of the rug is documented with photos so you have a record.
  2. All dyes in the rug are tested for color fastness. Then the rug will be mechanically and thoroughly dusted to remove all loose dry soil before any water-based cleaning begins.
  3. The rug is gently cleaned using soft brushes and a specially formulated, pH neutral shampoo. This is followed with a fresh water rinse, removing all suspended soils, leaving your rug and residue free.
