Why should pavement or decks be power washed?

Your driveway, walkways, sidewalks, decks, and steps can get very slippery when they are covered with moss and algae. Cleaning off the moss and algae is definitely a must for safety concerns. Additionally, when moss starts to grow on driveways, especially asphalt driveways, it can start to create tiny holes. Eventually over time water will get into those holes and freeze during winter, causing expansion and causing more damage. We can use pressure washing to clean all types of ground surfaces and apply a biodegradable all-purpose cleaner and degreaser to remove more difficult stains. Stains left unattended will eventually embed itself right into the concrete surface and leave a permanent stain.

If the screens are not removable, we can still clean these surfaces with low pressure washing.
